AT: Tturtle's Sylph

My part of a trade with ~Tturtle of his cool character, Sylph. I really like the design of this character - elegant, yet efficient. The color scheme was a bit tricky, I had to go over a deep blue with a purple pen to get the right colour for the coat, boots, mostly anything in that tone really. The main part of the suit came out a little more pale than expected, but all in all I like it a lot.
