Yep, that's her.

This is BubbleBelle. She may not be the sharpest tool in the shed (and this has nothing to do with her hair color), but she has a good heart.

Lindsey Hatfiled was tired of seeing all the injustice in the world. Especially in her hometown, Glenmetropolis. Unfortunately, she didn't have any superpowers. Until one day, she visited Auzeen, Inc. to synthetically get superpowers.

The result? BubbleBelle, a stretching superheroine with an interest in bubble gum.

I like everything about her design except her logo. I'll be working on this next time I draw her.
