Cartoonray's Flamboyant

First of all, I'd like to say the title is not a statement; Flamboyant is the character's name. *Cartoonray's got some really awesome characters, and this guy's one of them. I have to say, I'm surprised. A character with this many colours, you'd think it'd be rough on the eye, but it actually fits pretty well.

This was tons of fun to do. A little cooldown work for something bigger I'm doing.
