GMG: Fly By Night

So yeah. This is pretty much the biggest play on words I've ever made. If this doesn't make sense to you, please follow this [link].

So, this is the first of my characters created using music. You can send me ideas for songs to inspire new characters in my latest journal entry.

During the day, Gary Elwood Peart is a superscientist. But he's a Fly By Night. After being bitten by a giant radioactive Taspiria fly, part of Gary's DNA was altered. When the sun sets, he becomes a human-fly hybrid. At first, he was terrified that his new form could be dangerous (think Dr. Jeckyll & Mr. Fly) so he built himself a capacitator belt to retain his humanity while in his hybrid form. The belt also emits brainwaves, transmitting Fly By Night's buzzing into comprehensive words into the minds of his interlocutors.

Now using his powers to fight crime in Glenmetropolis, Gary lives well with his condition, and apart from slight adjustments after transforming, he's learned to master all his new form could offer:
- Flight
- Heightened reflexes
- Ability to stick to walls, ceilings, basically, any solid material in any angle.
- Communication with flies and other similar bugs (dragonflies, fireflies, etc.)

I was inspired to do a character whose name would be the title of a song when first saw *Gpapanto's Aqualung. Of course, I made Gibberish (named after a Spock's Beard song), but more as a tribute to Neal Morse.
