Granny Maidbot Vs BubbleBelle And Leonada

The Granny Maidbots are back! And this one has upgrades!

Indeed, this particular model, which is the only model I've drawn (besides Bubbles, the pink-haired one), was brought back by an unknown engineer who gave her some new equipment to clean the superhumans off of Glenmetropolis.

If you just want to skip to the explanation of the drawing, skip the next three paragraphs (and one isolated sentence).

So, of course, she still has hands, but this time around she only has two. The other hands were replaced by direct attachments, which I'll explain later on. But first, this particular Maidbot needs a name.

Mildred. I'll call her Mildred.

Anyways, the mop Mildred carries is soaked in dirty, stagnant water. She's wiped a lot of dirty floors with it, and it carries a lot of bacteria (and quite a stench too). Her middle right hand is a detergent spray bottle. She uses it mostly to blind people momentarly with a quick spray to the eyes. How vicious is that?! The bottom right (our right, of course, if it wasn't clear) is a feather duster. Doesn't seem really menacing, right? Well, let me tell you that when it was installed, it was white as snow. After dusting hundreds of attics and the such, the duster accumulated the dirt and dust. It carries so much allergens that it almost instantly gives allergies upon contact. You'd actually develop allergies you wouldn't otherwise have, and if you did have allergies, well, it would worsen your symptoms like you wouldn't belive.

The bottom left attachment is a plunger. A clean plunger. She mostly uses it to stick to her foes and make sure they don't run away. I didn't want the plunger to be dirty, because, well, human waste and all... Moving on. The middle left attachment is a powerful soap dispenser. It can shoot highly-pressurized sprays of either floor, toilet or window soap. Each soap has its own effect, of course. Floor soap dries almost instantly and can make for a sticky puddle that'll keep you grounded for quite a while. Toilet soap is the total opposite. It makes slippery deep blue puddles of tumbling and fumbling "fun". The window soap is the only one that's not (usually) aimed at the floor. Since it's more coarse than the other, it's usually aimed at the face, effectively giving a harsh, burning sensation reminescent of pepper spray. It doesn't actually burn skin, which is somewhat of a relief. And of course, the top left hand holds a cigarette, because Maidbots are mostly CO²-powered. Plus, Mildred has a new vaccum feature (her mouth can be used as a vaccum... hey, at least she's a robot, she doesn't have a sense of taste). At the base of her "neck", there's a three-way switch, which controls the intensity of her suction/blowing. Brace yourself, immature puns will be made about that last statment. Anyways. She can only talk when she's in the Medium setting. The maximum suction setting is mostly used for cleaning purposes, since it really can't draw people closer to her with it. It's not that powerful. But the blow mode has its advantages. She can blow any debris/dust she has in store at high velocity towards her foes. Or, you know, she can blow smoke too.

But enough about that.

After hearing about strange noises in the Westridge neighborhood, superheroine BubbleBelle and rogue vigilante Leonada join forces to solve the mystery. When they arrive at a supermarket and see this cleaning robot, they think the case is solved and approach to deactivate her, but Mildred won't go down without a fight (unlike most of the Granny Maidbot units sold worldwide). Leonada leaps towards the robot, who skillfully dodges to the right and hits the woman smack dab in the face with her stagnant mop. Thoroughly disgusted, Leonada takes a few steps back, whimpering, trying unsuccessfully to wipe the malodorous, sludgy water from her face.

Seeing as though her temporary ally is out of combat, BubbleBelle decides to take the matter in her own hands, but receives a powerful blast of cigarette smoke, courtesy of Midlred's reverse vacuum suction. Incapacitated by the foul cloud of smoke, the girl coughs and gasps for air, hoping her partner will come to her rescue...

You might say this is a two-part drawing. I dunno yet.
