Tobias Ehly, Criminologist

So, I had a weird idea about this guy, while inspecting some old files. Then, I thought he could fit in my video game idea (you know, that thing I totally put aside since forever?!). He is Tobias Ehly, Korinsburg's (it's the main city in the game) most eminent criminologist. He's also a double-crossing bastard who turns out to be a criminal himself. But don't worry, he only does thefts, and never killed anyone. Nor does he plan to. He will knock out anyone he meets during his crimes, though - because, you know, he doesn't want to get arrested.
