Vigil Vs Khloryne

I sure hope likes it! Here's a drawing of his character Vigil and Khloryne, an evil drone-esque soldier.

Khloryne is actually a clone. Her DNA is that of Neptune (real name classified), an astronaut who was to explore the gaseous blue giant (thus her name) but has been reported missing since the late 1980s.

Nobody knows how Neptune's DNA was preserved, nor by whom it was preserved. All that is known is that when she was cloned, the astronaut had been conditionned to breathe in Neptune's atmosphere (a mix of Helium, Hydrogen and Methane). Unable to recreate these conditions, those who brought Khloryne to life had to slightly modify her genes to allow her to breathe a substitute gas, chlorine (hence the name).

Khloryne's color scheme is representative of the gas which keeps her alive: yellowish-green.

Khloryne's main powers are technologic. Except for a great physical condition, that is. Her right hand has been replaced by a very potent and devastating electroshock weapon, to which is attached a harpoon/grappling hook. Her left hand is equipped with an ion dissonance device, which can unleash powerful beams of energy, often causing a victim's fingers and toes will twitch upon impact (that's why Vigil's hands look so messed up).

And another asset (which is not actually meant to aid in combat situations however) is that Khloryne's mask exudes... well, yeah, chlorine. This makes it difficult to approach her in close-quarter combat situations.

No one knows where Khloryne hails from. Some have stipulated she is a high-ranked officer for some alien army, as she often says stuff like "They will come" or "They will be pleased". It is clear she works on behalf of a greater group.
